Discount Realty started in 1994 in Las Vegas, Nevada. In the beginning, listings were few and hard to obtain. Calling on "For Sale by Owners" was the only way to solicit listings. Discount Realty, Inc. was one voice telling the public that there was a different way to sell Real Estate. There are thousands of other real estate agents in town telling every seller that they had to pay 5, 6, or 7% commission in order to sell their home. After many years the word has spread that this is not necessarily true and because of this, Discount Realty's phone rings all day with questions and appointments. In our many years of serving the Las Vegas Market we've saved clients millions of dollars in real estate commissions.
