For a flat fee of $295.00, Discount Realty will:

	List property in M.L.S. computer system.
	Provide For Sale sign.
	Provide electronic lock box.
	Provide comparible sales analysis.
	One hour meeting with real estate agent.
	You will be in the MLS for up to 6 months.
	You will be offering a commission to a Buyers Agent.
For $1295.00 more we will:
	Interpret the contract, write the counter offer, and negotiate the deal.
	Open escrow and supply all necessary information to the title company throughout the escrow.
	Coordinate all activities with appraisers, inspectors, and buyer’s agents.
	Handle all walk through and inspection negotiations.
	Track and expedite all loan processes.
	If you find your own buyer, your savings add up that much more. We charge $1295 flat fee to handle the entire escrow and the 3% commission goes away.

Step by Step Process of Selling Your Property

1. Make a call to Russ at 702.460.3862 to get the 30 second speech and answer your questions.
2. Have a one hour listing appointment with one of the Discount Realty, Inc. agents. This is when you fill out the listing agreement, pay the $295 fee, and receive a lock box if desired.
3. Your property is entered into the M.L.S. the day after #2.
4. The sign goes up 2 days after #2.
5. Agents will view your property with their buyers.
6. Your agent will receive offers from agents and will present them to you.
7. Your agent will coordinate everything from receipt of contract to close of escrow.
8. Move to your next home.

This service would cost you thousands of dollars with a traditional realtor!

The cost: $1590.00 + 3% of sales price.
To get started, a $295 fee is required up front to list the property and complete the first 7 items on the list above. Then, once a contract is received, we complete the list above. Discount Realty receives $1295 at close of escrow and the buyer's agent receives 3% of the sales price.
